Flash , AIR , google and yahoo DesktopGadggeds , Silverlight , Java , vrml , 360 and panorama viewers , wmplayer , qicktime , activex , divx , or other death? (not mass used). So man which one you choose? Micro$oft or Adobe? Each has own feritail and specifics advantages. So what is the purpose of each is not easy to estimate. I look to this situation with designer eyes not coder. But it seems for me prety clear :) its Flash Player.

In comparation of Microsoft Silverlight 1.1beta (must create with some MS “Dev studio”) has Flash Player more freedom for creators. With Flash Player are options Adobe Flash, Flex or OpenLaszlo.
So we’ll see how silverlight will establishing his position on the market (users workstations and home computers). We all know problems with IE and Windows I thing that silverlight will be the same quick child just to fill the space of pie for microsoft in this browser players game. So so still a lot of work for all… But Flash Player are supported and can be used on 2/3 mobile users in USA, if silverlight can do this too I didn’t find that information.

So for me is still flash the optimal thing. :)
