Principles of personal data processing

I consider the protection of privacy and personal data to be a primary duty and I handle personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable legislation.

I process data only to the extent absolutely necessary and for the time absolutely necessary.

Below you will find an overview of how I handle your personal data and how your data is protected.

I operate my services through the website http://scopy.cz and through them I obtain and subsequently process your personal data.

What personal data do I process?

As a Personal Data Administrator, depending on the services and products provided, I mainly process the following personal data:

  • name and surname
  • e-mail adress
  • telephone number
  • possibly other data depending on the service provided

I can also obtain information about you from other publicly available sources or public records and add them to the information you have already provided me. In particular, for the purpose of providing or checking your personal data for the purposes of contracts and related documents.

Depending on which services you use, I also obtain other data such as:

  • IP addresses
  • Cookies files
  • Or other online identifiers

Why do I process personal data?

I process personal data for the purpose of providing real estate broker and marketing services.

I also process personal data when downloading electronic materials located on my website or using the contact form also located on the website.

If you download electronic material (brochure) from my website, you give your consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.

If you use one of the contact forms located on the website, your entered data is only used to process your question or request and I do not store or process it in any way.

Can I process your personal data even without your consent?

Yes, there may be situations where I do not need your consent to process your personal data.

This situation can occur in the following cases:

  • When you order one of my products or services, I process your data based on the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
  • When I am required to do so by law or other legal regulation.
  • At the moment when the processing is necessary for the purpose of legitimate interest, in particular ensuring the security of my website.

How will I communicate with you?

At the moment when I obtain your consent to the processing of personal data, or in a situation where the processing of personal data is not conditional on obtaining consent (for example, for the purpose of fulfilling a contract), I will communicate with you via:

How long will I process personal data?

I process the personal data of people who have expressed an interest in downloading the brochure, receiving news, etc. for the period of granting consent until the time of its revocation, but a maximum of 5 years.

You can temporarily interrupt the processing by clicking on the link that is part of every e-mail we send.

I process personal data obtained using cookies for 5 years.

How your personal data is secured

I approach the processing of your personal data carefully and comply with all applicable standards.

At the same time, I implement a whole series of security measures that correspond to the current level of technical development, so that personal data is secured against unauthorized intervention by third parties.

Please keep in mind that if you communicate with me by e-mail, this communication may not be encrypted. Therefore, you should not use it to communicate confidential information.

Who has access to your personal data

I, as the Personal Data Administrator, or other persons with whom I cooperate in my activities have access to your personal data.

All these colleagues are vetted, they only have access to the data they need to provide the service and only for the necessary time.

How can you withdraw your consent?

You can revoke your voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge.

Send me an e-mail to info@scopy.cz stating that you are withdrawing your consent.

However, this withdrawal of your consent does not affect the processing of your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill other obligations imposed on us by law or other legal regulation.

What rights do you have in relation to the processing of personal data?

Based on the Personal Data Protection Act and other legal regulations, in particular the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the following rights:

  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time
  • the right to modify and supplement your personal data
  • the right to request restriction of personal data processing
  • the right in certain cases to object to the processing of your personal data
  • the right to request the transfer of your personal data
  • the right to access your personal data
  • in certain cases, the right to be notified of a personal data breach
  • the right “to be forgotten”, i.e. the right to delete personal data, unless we are required to process them by another legal regulation or other legal obligation

As a data subject, you have the right to ask what personal data I process about you.
